Bloomington Library will open Thursday, May 16, at 5pm and will remain open through the weekend.
The library will be CLOSED Monday-Thursday, May 20-23.

This closure will allow us to continue to unbox 107,000 books (which were moved to storage when our construction project began) and to shelve 262,000 books. Some collections and areas of the library will not be available until the library reopens on Friday, May 24.

Hang out with fellow manga and anime fans virtually on Zoom!
During the May meetings of the Teen Manga and Anime Club, attendees will begin watching "Yuri!!! On Ice" (as voted on by members). When viewing is complete, attendees will discuss their thoughts about the anime, as well as talk about any other manga/anime they have recently read/watched.
Yuri!!! On Ice : Yuri Katsuki carried the hope of all Japan on his shoulders in the Figure Skating Grand Prix, but suffered a crushing defeat in the finals. He returned to his hometown in Kyushu and hid away in his family's home, half wanting to continue skating and half wanting to retire. That was when the five-time consecutive world champion, Victor Nikiforov, suddenly showed up with his teammate, Yuri Plisetsky, a young skater starting to surpass his seniors.
