Bloomington Library will be CLOSED Monday, May 13 through 5pm on Thursday, May 16.

The closure will allow us to begin to bring back and shelve 3,500 boxes of books which were moved to storage when our construction project began. Additional closures will be necessary and will be announced as details develop. Some collections may not be available until the move is complete.

Hey Smarty Pants! Let's read books, sing songs, and have fun together this summer. We are excited to bring story times back in person with safety precautions in place. We'll meet on the Library's patio. Hand sanitizer will be available, and we ask that you keep your mask on.
In the case of inclement weather, you will receive a cancellation email and an invitation to watch a prerecorded story time on the Children's Services at Bloomington Public Library Facebook Group. Choose to register for either the 10am or the 11am story time each Tuesday during the month of June. We'll see you soon!
