Attendees will watch 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea (1954), starring Kirk Douglas, James Mason, Paul Lukas, and Peter Lorre. Each attendee should plan to wear a mask while they are in the library, including for the duration of the movie. Another Kirk Douglas movie – The Bad and the Beautiful – will be shown on August 26.
