  • The library will open at 5pm on May 16.

Program Description

Drawing on-the-fly dungeon maps using erasable markers and a mat is all well and good, but sometimes you have an encounter that you really hope will stand out in the minds of your players. Or, perhaps you want to make a clean and polished-looking map that illustrates the geography of the realm you’ve created from scratch. Either way, there are a lot of digital tools out there which you can spend hours using as you practice your amateur cartographer skills.

Join us online via Zoom as we delve into several map-making programs which can be used to help bring your Dungeons & Dragons campaign to life. We’ll explore both free and paid resources, as well as resources geared toward large-scale geography and individual dungeons/encounters, respectively.

Email our club’s facilitator, Dale, at daleb@bloomingtonlibrary.org to let him know that you’d like to receive the link to this discussion. Dale is also willing to answer your questions to the same email address.
